My Story

I’m Katylin, I founded this business when I was 18 years old during the 2020 lockdown. I feel like I live my dream everyday, I have only ever wanted to be a chef and own my own business. Now that I have achieved that I’m happier and more confident than ever. The idea of Flavour Trayz is to bring the best grilled, home made takeaway food to the Isle of Wight. Food is my love, my career and my passion and I can’t wait to see where the future takes me.
